Jams

[Under Construction]

"A careful reading of Anna Karenina, if it teaches you nothing else, will teach you how to make strawberry jam."  Julian Mitchell

The making of fine jams requires patience, care and more than a pinch of originality. We offer a mouth-watering array which encompass many tastes and textures. Some are very traditional and have been handed down to us or gleaned from the well-thumbed pages of antique recipe books, whilst others have a truly twenty-first century taste. All are delicious at any time of day on toast, crumpets or fragrant fresh bread...they make wonderfully luxurious ice-cream toppings too!
